Interior Renovation of Office Condominiums at Nine2Five Place

The renovation and design of Nine 2 Five Place focuses on the modernization of the Chicago Title building, a downtown site familiar to most San Diegans. Augustine Design Group has teamed up with Nogle Onufer Associate Architects and Schmidt Design Group on the exterior renovation, including new façade elements, contemporary artwork, exterior lighting, site work and landscape, to modernize the building while maintaining its original architectural elements.

A complete interior renovation reflects a contemporary urban style with wood, natural stone and concrete, contemporary lighting and extensive use of glass. The design is carried throughout the public areas, including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, conference centers and the workout facility. Each suite entry is enhanced with glass assembly, wood doors, accent lighting and custom signage. The re-design of this classic building provides a full service destination for the modern office user.
